Declaration of Intent to Rio!! Is the Future we want for our children??

Hello Dear MEMBERS, I will not in the jargon! Document adopted at the Rio, the Memorandum cynically titled THE FUTURE WE WANT is a big challenge terminology!!

We cry every day our desire and commitment to a healthier, more sustainable, managing its resources rationally, optimizing them through other means more alternative and renewable. We recognize that the path best suited is that of "green economy" for sustainable development ...
Moreover, the fifth UNEP Report published on 6 June 2012 on the Global Environment Outlook GEO-called five states bluntly that the state of the planet would be "alarming". Indeed, the report underlines that unless humanity does not change course immediately, critical thresholds will be reached soon "examples are legion (the holes in the ozone layer, melting glaciers, rising sea levels, pollution, destruction and abuse of wildlife and plant resources of the seas and oceans, the drying up of Lake Chad, the advancing desert in the Horn of Africa, the reduction of resources freshwater, deforestation in the Congo Basin, the loss of biodiversity which seriously undermines our food and health security and climate change finally causing the decrease in rainfall in Sahelian Africa areas etc.)

Considering all these parameters and alarming indicators, representative democracy (Heads of State and Government) decided to adopted a simple document of intent, a well-written literature and fun to play which has no set timetable and strategy for overcome the most urgent!
AUDACITY to seriously breached Rio, no binding target or budget encrypted ... WE SERIOUSLY NOT MARK THE 20 YEARS LATER ... ironically DOCUMENT TITLE THE FUTURE WE WANT! (A future where the geostrategic interests of economy and consumption outweighs the desire to print a new economic paradigm that is the green economy) To add to the folklore and birthday party organized in Brazil, the president said Dilma Roussef that "the important thing is that when you have a written, nobody can deny or forget what is written" The Future THAT WE AGREES would have been less insulting to future generations ...

I am appalled by this lack of commitment to climate issues ... we live together on the same planet?? we breathe the same atmosphere?? we depend on freshwater and food?? if so why Native American proverb seems laughable when he said "let us be good with the Earth: it has not been given us by our parents, she was paid by our children. We do not inherit the Earth from our parents we borrow it from our children.
